Fit-Core-Flow is designed to get results fast and is suitable for all fitness levels, sizes and abilities. Lower and higher intensity options will be offered throughout the class to ensure it is effective for everyone from beginners to those who want a challenge.
This class begins with high energy circuits to burn calories and increase stamina, followed by Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and yoga poses to improve flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
